BER Survey

Your BER assessors will arrange a convenient appointment with you or your tenant directly. Once arranged your BER assessor will conduct a detailed survey on your property compiling the relevant and specific information needed to complete your energy rating.

BER Certification

Once the relevant measurements and information has been collected, your BER assessor will then undertake to establish your energy rating. This process involves deciphering the collected facts and figures. Once the results are ascertained they are then fed into computer software to determine the energy rating.

Advisory Report

When your energy rating has been obtained your BER assessor will then prepare an advisory report. These suggestions will advise on a range of low to high cost improvements that will improve your properties’ energy rating should you choose to implement them.

BER Certificate for the Better Home Energy Scheme

As you know the BHE scheme provides grant aid to homeowners towards upgrades of roof insulation, wall insulation and heating/solar systems. In order to inform homeowners of the effect of upgrade works, SEAI has introduced a requirement for homeowners to undertake a BER after the upgrade works have been completed. We can provide this certificate for you.
